With over 50,000 residents within Summerdale’s trade market area, Summerdale is a prime location for both business and residents. Low unemployment rates and cost of living means more disposable income for these residents to enjoy shopping, dining out, and entertainment!
Summerdale is projected to grow over 60% in the next 10 years. We fully expect to move from a “Town” status to a “City” within the next 3 years. With this projected growth, Summerdale officials are pro-active. They are continually working and planning to improve our pro-business environment. Summerdale is a virtual blank canvas for future development. With over 2500 acres of highway frontage property available, it is a corridor of opportunity and a prime location for massive growth in the retail sector. Summerdale is right where you want to grow.
